easy86 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where an Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
easy86 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests, raising account limits, or crediting certain promotional offers. This process is known as Know Your Customer verification, or KYC.

easy86 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and Litecoin/LTC) are also accepted. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. easy86 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own fees which are beyond easy86's control.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard AML payment-return obligations. easy86 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment method, bank processing schedules, and pending KYC status.
easy86 maintains Player Funds in accounts that are segregated from its operational and corporate funds. This segregation is maintained at all times to ensure Player Funds remain accessible for withdrawal irrespective of easy86's operational financial position.
easy86 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated for each individual promotion. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified validity period. Incomplete wagering at the expiry date will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
While a promotional bonus is active on your Account, a maximum bet cap of MYR 250 per round or transaction applies unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally toward completing the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Table games including blackjack, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live sports betting contributions vary by promotion and will be specified in individual offer terms. Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
easy86 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting, or multiple account registration.
All games available on easy86 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games available on the Platform.
Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. easy86 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error, including situations where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, easy86's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
easy86 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether easy86 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
easy86 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. While easy86 targets 99.5% platform uptime, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or Force Majeure events does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Gambling is inherently a risk activity. By participating on easy86, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered. easy86 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or bet placed on the Platform.
easy86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Upon closure, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
